Dr. Tyra Tanner, DNP, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a comprehensive background in advanced nursing practice, behavioral health, and medical nutrition therapy.
Dr. Tanner's multidisciplinary education includes a Doctor of Nursing Practice, Master of Science in Nursing, and several post-master’s certificates, equipping her with deep expertise in both mental and physical health domains.
