No, you do not need to be credentialed before joining ELLAD. We provide support throughout the credentialing process to ensure that you are fully prepared to serve our patients effectively.
Eligibility to work at ELLAD includes licensed and registered dietitians who are passionate about providing high-quality, personalized care. We seek individuals who are committed to improving community health and addressing health disparities. A strong foundation in evidence-based practices (MNT) and a desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team are essential. Additionally, candidates should have the necessary credentials and qualifications as required by state regulations to provide nutritional counseling and therapy.
